Although we are not an emergency & trauma centre, for our clients, we have a veterinary team on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to assess any urgent need for your pet. Emergencies can entail such things as; toxin ingestion, being hit by a car, and lacerations. If you are a current client and ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call.  If possible, it is best to call (519) 245-1153 before coming so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.  While we do our best to accommodate all emergencies, there may be times that we will need to refer you to a larger centre if we are unable to manage the condition locally.
